What if you could feel calmer — instead of living with anxiety, overwhelm, or that constant sense of being “on” inside?
Not by managing symptoms — but by gently shifting the deeper patterns that keep your mind busy and your body braced.
Hi, I’m Susan — a Neuroscience Coach who supports women in softening long-standing stress patterns through subconscious repatterning.
Â
My work helps you release the internal noise, tension, and protective loops that keep your system on high alert… even when you understand your patterns.
This isn’t about managing symptoms.
It’s about creating real room inside — the kind that lets you return to a steadier, clearer, and calmer version of yourself.
Ease anxiety at the root
Reduce internal overwhelm
Calm the overthinking
Lift the mental fog
Consider for a moment...do any of these feel familiar?
-
You look composed, yet feel stretched thin internally.
-
Your mind loops, scans, anticipates — even when nothing’s wrong.
-
You’ve tried the tools, tips, and practices… but the deeper patterns haven’t shifted.
-
You sense your system is carrying more than you consciously realize.
-
You’re tired of managing symptoms and want real, lasting relief.
-
You miss the version of yourself who felt clearer and more at ease.
-
You want change — but part of you also wants to stay in control.
These experiences are not personal failures.
They’re protective patterns that have been running quietly in the background for years.
What could shift for you if these patterns began to soften — instead of continuing to run your days from underneath?

Why My Work Helps
When insight isn’t enough, subconscious repatterning reaches the place where your automatic responses were formed.
My approach works with the deeper layer of your mind — the layer that triggers internal bracing, looping thoughts, emotional fatigue, or persistent stress before you’re even aware of it.
You stay fully present and comfortable while your system learns how to release these long-standing protective patterns.
This work does not require retelling difficult memories.
We simply meet the pattern where it lives — gently, safely, and efficiently.
Clients often notice:
-
a quieter internal world
-
less mental strain
-
more emotional room
-
softer mornings
-
clearer thinking
-
a growing sense of steadiness, peace, and calm
All sessions are held on Zoom, allowing your system to unwind in the comfort of a familiar space.

No More Panic Attacks
"It's amazing how my life has changed! I keep on laughing; I keep on saying, 'What is going on? Where are these symptoms that I have been dealing with these past two months?' I don't get panic- and anxiety attacks anymore!" ~Liesl
Â
Happy & Peaceful
"I've been feeling really grounded, happy, and peaceful. MAP pulled off this big layer of things that I couldn't work through on my own. They were blocking me and holding me back – and now it's being pulled off. So it's really nice!" ~Margo
Â
Adrenal Fatigue Improved
"I feel like I had a major change after our first session. My adrenal fatigue greatly improved! I noticed that I can do a lot more now. I have a lot more energy, so I'm very thankful for that!"Â
~Esther
Working With Me
Working with me feels calm, gentle, and emotionally safe.
Here’s a simple glimpse into what a session looks like:
-
We meet on Zoom, so you can settle into a comfortable, familiar space.
-
We begin with a few minutes of quiet conversation, allowing your system to feel grounded and at ease.
-
I guide you into a relaxed, receptive state — never rushed, never pressured.
-
From this place, your subconscious begins to soften and unwind long-standing patterns that have been creating stress, tension, or internal overload.
-
You remain fully awake, aware, and in control the entire time.
-
There’s no need to retell difficult memories or revisit painful experiences.
-
You simply allow your mind to do the gentle repatterning it already knows how to do, with steady guidance and support.

I understand what you may be going through:
Not long ago, I was carrying my own quiet load — the mental heaviness, the looping thoughts, the exhaustion, the sense that my system was always working harder than it should. I lived with years of physical strain, emotional fatigue, and limits I couldn’t seem to shift, no matter how many modalities I tried.
I reached a point where I knew the root wasn’t in my mindset or my habits — it was in the deeper stress patterns my system had been holding for years. I wanted my life back, too… the clarity, the steadiness, the version of myself I remembered.
When I finally experienced subconscious repatterning for myself, something meaningful began to change. The internal noise softened. My energy returned. My relationships felt lighter. Little by little, I felt more like myself again.
And now I support others as they begin their own gentle return to clarity and peace.
