2 Ways To Work Together

 

There are 2 ways to work together:

either privately (through 1:1 sessions) or through Group Sessions.

Private Sessions

All sessions meet on Zoom. Your first session will be an Introductory Session, where we will finish up your brain training, and then work on your subject.

A session typically consists of:

  • a few minutes of chatting in the beginning, to:
    • (starting with your second session) get feedback on your progress from the previous session,
    • clarify what you want to work on,
    • get an initial "intensity" rating of the memory/emotion you want to focus on for that session.
  • me inviting you to get comfortable, close your eyes, and to take some deep, relaxing breaths,
  • and then I start working through the protocol, giving your brain instructions to re-wire on its own. You simply relax and passively listen to my voice.

I will check in with you at various times throughout the session. Some sessions are more conscious (with more input from you), while others are more subconscious, with you simply relaxing and passively listening to my voice.

Towards the end of the session I will check in with you regarding your progress on your original topic, give the end of session instructions to your brain, and then recommend the interval for the next session. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have.

Clients find the sessions to be calm, easy, and gentle.

For NEW clients, this package includes 3 Sessions: 1 Introductory Session + 2 Regular Sessions. All sessions are 90 minutes. $497

 Group Sessions

All small group sessions meet on Zoom. The sessions are designed to benefit everyone. 

  • Your microphone is OFF
  • You may turn your camera off, if desired.
  • During the session, the only feedback you'll give me is through the chatbox
  • Optional: Debrief & Q&A at the end of the session (you can turn on your camera and mic, if desired) 

Introductory Group Session

  • Everyone needs an Introductory Session - this session includes the brain training which is the foundation of all of the sessions.
